As a result of low enrolment, UTFA is postponing the Pension Town Hall meeting that was scheduled for December 8 at UTM. We will schedule Pension Town Halls for both UTM and UTSC early in the new year, once classes resume.
UTFA invites all faculty and librarians with an interest in the future of the pension plan to an open meeting to discuss plans to convert some university pension plans in Ontario to a Sector-Wide Jointly Sponsored Pension Plan (JSPP).
UTFA representatives and pension experts will be on hand to explain some of the issues involved, take questions, and facilitate discussion.
