7. Meet Your Chief Negotiators During Winter Campus Visits and Ongoing Bargaining Town Halls
UTFA Co-Chief Negotiators and other members of the Negotiating Team visited UTM on February 1. We will visit UTSC on February 8, and UTSG after Reading Week. UTFA Co-Chief Negotiators and other members of the Negotiating Team hosted a special online Town Hall meeting on Tuesday, January 23rd. The well-attended meeting was open to all active Teaching Stream faculty, including part-time, full-time, and CLTA members. Leaders from the Negotiating Team provided updates on the current round of bargaining with a specific focus on priorities that directly affect the Teaching Stream. The session was interactive, and members shared questions and ideas about UTFA’s bargaining priorities and the proposals being exchanged with the Administration.
